I've personally dealt with the challenges of the weight loss roller coaster; especially as we age and our body's metabolism changes. With weight training, light cardio and balanced nutrition, teaching you how to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle is my passion!
My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes an integral part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals!
